Hear the story of Norfolk’s journey to embed restorative practice, followed by time for questions and discussion.
Alison Newbon and Brigitte Hyde will share the story of Norfolk’s journey to embed restorative practice, followed by time for questions and discussion. Norfolk’s journey began in 2004, when a group of practitioners from the council’s Children’s Services department received training in restorative practices within schools. It is supported by a county-wide and cross-organisation strategy that embraces strategies and systems; leadership and staff; skills, knowledge and training and shared values.
